Our retail phone number is 618-343-0700. Store hours are between 10am and 6pm Mon-Sat and 11am to 2pm on Sundays.

We do not accept personal checks. Company and Institutional accounts available.

We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.

Absolutely no refunds without a receipt. Refunds are allowed within the first 30 days of purchase with valid receipt.

General Rental Policy For All Rental Items

Our rental phone number is 618-558-2466. Equipment Deliveries and Customer Service hours are between 9am and 7pm.

We do not hold reservations based on spoken word. You must place a deposit, complete all rental forms, and receive confirmation from a scheduling representative to obtain a delivery appointment.

Our rental eqipment is delivered directly to you by trained staff for safety and convenience.

Our delivery area includes Collinsville, IL and all surrounding communities within a 30 minute drive time. That does includes parts of St. Louis, Missouri.

Delvery is free as long as your are within our delivery area.

All deposits are non-refundable after 7 days.

Bouncer Rentals

Our Bouncers can be rented for backyard parties or indoor private birthday parties.

Bouncers cannot be used for Block Parties, Family Reunions, Community Events, Carnivals, Events Open to the General Public, Event Promotions, Church Events, School Events, & Company Events.

We will not set up Bouncers on gravel, asphalt, or pavement.

Electrical cords cannot be run through windows. Electrical outlet must be within 75' of the setup location.

Bouncers cannot be used by individuals 13 years or older.

You cannot pickup a Bouncer from our Collinsville store. We have trained staff deliver, setup, and tear down for no extra fee within our delivery area. Equipment Deliveries are between 9am and 7pm.

Dunk Tank Rentals

Dunk Tank Rentals can be used for any type of event.

You cannot pickup a Dunk Tank from our Collinsville store. We have trained staff deliver, setup, and tear down for no extra fee within our delivery area. Equipment Deliveries are between 9am and 7pm.

Lawn Greetings and Sign Rentals

We need a minimum 12hr notice to schedule a delivery.
